Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

By booking a service with Veronica’s Cleaning Service, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Services Provided

    • We offer residential and short-term rental cleaning services, as described on our website. The scope, duration, and price of services may vary depending on the size and condition of your home.

  2. Scheduling and Availability

    • Services must be booked through our website, phone, or email.

    • Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

    • Free in-home consultation quotes must be scheduled at times when the homeowner and our owner, Frankie Amaro, are present.

    • Services scheduled within 24 hours of the requested date/time are subject to a $15 late scheduling fee.

  3. Payment

    • Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

    • Prices are subject to change based on home size, condition, or special requests.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

    • If we are unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, personal injury, etc.), we will reschedule with no extra cost.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    • Ensure safe access to your property.

    • Secure pets and valuables prior to service.

    • Notify us of any special instructions or hazards in advance.

  6. Liability

    • We always take care while cleaning your home. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed as fragile.

    • In the event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours of the service.

  7. Termination of Services

    • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including for unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veronica’s Cleaning Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

  9. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
