  • How do I book a cleaning service?

    You can easily book online through our scheduling page or reach out to us directly by call, text, or email.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

    Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning products and tools. If you’d prefer we use your supplies, just let us know in advance.

  • Can I schedule recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly)?

    Absolutely! We’re happy to set up a recurring cleaning schedule that best fits your home and lifestyle.

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule and continue serving all of our clients efficiently.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    It’s completely up to you. Many clients provide us with access so we can clean while they’re away, while others prefer to be home. Whatever makes you most comfortable works for us!

  • How do you handle pets during cleaning?

    We’re pet friendly! Please let us know ahead of time about your pets and how best to accommodate them while we’re in your home.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments. Payment details are collected securely after booking when your custom invoice is recieved.

AirBnb & Rental Properties

  • Do you provide cleaning services for AirBnb or short-term rental properties?

    Yes! We specialize in short-term rental cleanings for AirBnB, VRBO, and similar properties. To make scheduling simple, we offer a dedicated service option: Guest-Ready (Short-Term Rental Cleaning).

  • Can you handle same-day or back-to-back cleanings between guests?

    We do our best to accommodate tight turnaround times. When you book the Guest-Ready service, just let us know your check-in/check-out schedule, and we’ll work with you to ensure your rental is spotless and welcoming for the next guest.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We proudly serve the greater Austin area, including Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Kyle, Buda, and Westlake.

  • How far in advance should I book a cleaning?

    We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your preferred time. We’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible; however, please note that cleanings scheduled within 24 hours of service may include a $15 late scheduling fee.
